We understand minds and hearts can change, so we offer you 3 days to evaluate, and 7 days to return, unused, with tag item(s). We will issue a full refund to the same method of payment you used to make your purchase, upon receiving the returned items, undamaged.
You may also exchange your item for an item of equal or lesser value. Credit for exchanges will expire after a single transaction, so please use all your credit it one shopping “trip”.

Repairs or replacements for defective items are available to new customers, free of charge, within the first 7 days of purchase.
If you are sending an item back to us for a repair, or a replacement, you will receive a shipping label from us in your email for you to print out, and place on your package. All of our shipments are made direct, via UPS. You will also see a link, in your email, to instructions on how to set up a UPS pickup, and / available drop-off sites near you.
All shipping and delivery choices are made at the discretion of the customer when completing the purchase. If you have any questions about your delivery, please check your email for a confirmation that includes UPS information, from our site. You would have received this when you completed placing your order initially.
We strongly urge you to get a tracking number and insurance on your shipment. The jewelry you’ll be handling is made with 24K gold, and lab grown diamonds with often sharper quality and value of traditionally, earth grown diamonds: get a tracking number.
Temi B Jewelry does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items. If they are lost or stolen during shipment, they are the responsibility of the carrier (UPS), and the matter will need to be resolved through them. If you have further questions, comments, or concerns about your shipment, please visit our Contact Us page, and include your confirmation number (if you have it).
If you have received a gift in the form of our jewelry, and you’d like to exchange it for a different style of equal or lesser value, you may send a picture of your item to us via our Contact Us page. Fill in the form with your contact information, and include the photo in the Message section.
Please be sure to include a date for when you received the gift, and if possible, the name of the buyer. We will direct you further, once we receive your information and photo.
